Website and demonstration use

Use the website and demonstrations for legitimate business evaluation and communication. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, impersonate others, upload harmful content or submit information you are not entitled to share.

Demonstration interfaces or records identified as samples are illustrations, not actual client results. A feature description is not confirmation that the feature is enabled in every account or included in a particular service.

SMS messaging program

Lead Pleaser, operated by Cornerstone Rock Holdings Inc, offers optional customer-care and promotional text messaging. Customer-care messages relate to inquiries, support, appointment confirmations and reminders. Promotional messages concern our services and offers. Select each message category separately using the optional, unchecked-by-default SMS checkboxes on our website inquiry form, booking form or chat widget. Providing your phone number alone does not authorize SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our SMS program and must be the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your unsubscribe request. To rejoin, complete the opt-in process again. Reply HELP for assistance, email info@leadpleaser.com or call (262) 226-2252.

Projects, subscriptions and charges

A discovery call or website inquiry does not purchase a service. Scope, deliverables, fees, usage charges, payment timing, support, cancellation, refunds and ownership of project work must be defined in the applicable accepted agreement.

Do not assume that communications usage, AI usage, hosting, third-party subscriptions or custom development are included unless your agreement says so. If these website terms conflict with a signed project agreement about that project, the project agreement controls.

Accounts and authorized access

Use only accounts and records you are authorized to access. Keep your credentials confidential and notify info@leadpleaser.com if you suspect misuse. Customers and team members may have different permissions; access to one workspace does not grant access to another client's information.

Access may be restricted when needed to address misuse, security concerns or obligations in the applicable service agreement. We will handle account and service changes according to that agreement and applicable law.

Appointments and AI assistance

A suggested appointment time is not a confirmed booking. Rely on the confirmation produced after an appointment is successfully created. If the calendar or AI assistant reports a problem, contact us instead of assuming the action succeeded.

AI responses may contain mistakes and should be reviewed before you rely on them. An assistant cannot authorize a contract, discount, guarantee or change to a project unless that authority is expressly established in your agreement. You can request human assistance by emailing info@leadpleaser.com.

Content and intellectual property

Lead Pleaser branding, website materials and demonstration designs are provided for viewing and evaluating our services. Do not present them as your own or redistribute them for resale without permission. Rights to your submitted content and any commissioned deliverables are addressed in your project agreement.

Only submit content you own or have permission to use. We use submitted materials to respond to your request and perform agreed services, subject to our privacy policy and any applicable project agreement.

Availability and outcomes

Services may depend on hosting, communications, calendar, payment and other third-party systems. Availability and behavior can change, and integrations may require maintenance.

Website examples and service descriptions do not guarantee sales, search rankings, inclusion in AI-generated answers, uninterrupted availability or a particular financial outcome. Any specific service commitment must appear in the applicable agreement. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
